Order and contract
When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation. If we can't fulfil your order, we let you know and refund any payment in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in DKK and include 25 % Danish VAT. Shipping is free worldwide, so the price you see is the price you pay. For orders outside the EU, local import duties and taxes may apply. Payment is taken when your order is placed, using one of the payment methods shown at checkout.
Shipping and delivery
Each piece is made for you and usually ships within 2–6 business days. Read more under Delivery & Returns. The risk passes to you when you receive the order.
Right of return
You have a 14-day right of return from the day you receive your order. Return shipping is paid by you. Read more under Delivery & Returns.
Complaints and defects
You have a 2-year right to complain about defects under Danish consumer law. Please contact us within a reasonable time after you discover a defect. If we can't find a solution together, you can file a complaint with Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, via naevneneshus.dk.
Handmade pieces
Every piece is shaped by hand and signed by Olivia. Small variations in form, surface and colour are part of the work and are not a defect. Colours may also look a little different on screen than in real life. If you're unsure, write to us before you order.
Intellectual property
All designs, artworks, images and texts on juul-studio.com belong to Juul studio ApS. They may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses, to the extent permitted by law. This does not limit your rights under Danish consumer law.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are settled by the Danish courts, without limiting your rights as a consumer.
