We offer worldwide shipping. Each product page includes the estimated processing time before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected carrier. Please note that shipping estimates are approximate and can be affected by local conditions and carrier delays.

Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your package in real time. Simply use the tracking link provided in your confirmation email to follow your shipment. We primarily ship with trusted carriers such as GLS, DHL and PostNord.

Packaging and Protection:

At Juul Studio, we always strive to prepare your order with the greatest care. Each piece is thoughtfully packaged to help protect it during transit and minimise the risk of damage. While shipping is handled by external carriers, we do everything we can on our end to ensure your order is securely wrapped and carefully prepared before it leaves us.

Returns 

At Juul Studio, your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds 

Once your return has been received and carefully inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Please be aware that custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.
