Free shipping worldwide

Shipping is free on every order, wherever you are in the world.

Delivery time

Each piece is made for you and usually ships within 2–6 business days. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as it is on its way.

After dispatch, delivery takes:

• Denmark: 1–2 business days
• Europe: 2–5 business days
• Worldwide: 5–10 business days

Carrier

We ship with GLS. In Denmark, you can choose delivery to a parcel shop or to your door.

Customs outside the EU

For orders outside the EU, local import duties and taxes may apply. These are set by your country and are not included in the price.

Risk

The risk passes to you when you, or someone you have pointed out, receive the order.

Returns

Every piece is made by hand in my studio in Copenhagen, and I want it to feel right on your wall. If it doesn't, you can return it.

14-day right of return

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, without giving a reason. Just write to info@oliviajuul.com with your order number, and I'll send you the return details.

How to return

• Let me know within 14 days of delivery that you'd like to return your order.
• Send the piece back within 14 days after that, well packed, ideally in the original packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by you.
• You are responsible for the piece until it reaches the studio, so please pack it carefully and keep your receipt and tracking number.

Refunds

Once the piece is back with me, I refund the full amount you paid within 14 days of receiving your return. The refund goes back to the payment method you used. If a piece has been handled more than needed to look at it, or comes back damaged, I may deduct an amount that reflects the loss in value.

Damaged or wrong item

If your piece arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, please write to me as soon as you can with a few photos of the piece and the packaging. I'll send a replacement or a full refund, and I cover the return shipping.

Custom pieces

Pieces made to your specific wishes, such as a custom size or colour, can't be returned, unless they have a defect.

Your statutory rights

You always have a 2-year right to complain about defects under Danish consumer law. This policy does not limit your rights.
